Summary: Due to a manufacturing error, the bolts on the rear subframe on certain 2026 Pilot and Passport vehicles may have been torqued below specification. Improperly torqued bolts may result in abnormal noise while driving. Under harsh driving conditions, such as high impact events to the rear wheels, the bolts may loosen. Loose subframe bolts may result in partial detachment of the rear subframe, which could make the vehicle difficult to control and increase the risk of a crash.
