2013 Honda "What's New" Change Summary

 2013 Honda Accord

  • The Honda Accord Sedan and Coupe are all-new and completely redesigned for 2013. Though chassis dimensions are smaller to improve handlings dynamics the new Accord maintains its interior spaciousness. The new Accord is more efficient, more powerful, more luxurious and better equipped.
  • Two all-new powertrains, including the first application of Honda’s new Earth Dreams engine series, brings to market a 2.4-litre direct-injected 4-cylinder engine, and a revised, more powerful and more efficient V-6.
  • The 2.4L four cylinder engine is offered with either a new, sporty Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) or a 6-speed manual transmission.
  • The 3.5L V6 comes equipped with a 6-speed automatic, and a 6-speed manual transmission is available on the 2013 Accord Coupe.
  • The 2013 Accord will be equipped with several new technologies to help improve the driver's visibility around the vehicle, including the first application of the Honda-exclusive LaneWatch™ blind-spot display, which uses a camera system mounted on the passenger mirror for an enhanced view of the passenger-side roadway. The Accord will also receive a rearview camera and an Expanded View Driver's Mirror as standard equipment.

2013 Honda Crosstour

  • The practical and luxurious Crosstour is extensively revised for 2013 with more rugged exterior styling and significant upgrades to interior design and materials.
  • The 2013 Crosstour will be offered with a 2.4-litre 4-cylinder engine for the first time in Canada.
  • The 2013 Crosstour V-6 will feature an updated, more efficient and more powerful 3.5- litre engine and 6-speed automatic transmission with available paddle shifters.
  • The 2013 Crosstour will be one of the first models to receive the Honda-exclusive LaneWatch™ blind-spot display, which uses a camera system mounted on the passenger mirror for an enhanced view of the passenger-side roadway.
  • Standard visibility-enhancing equipment on the 2013 Crosstour includes re-shaped rear headrests, a rearview camera and an ExpandedView Driver's Mirror.

2013 Honda Civic
