Statement by Honda Canada Regarding Brake Shift Interlock Recall: 2012-2013 Honda CR-V, Odyssey and 2013 Acura RDX

Honda Canada will voluntarily recall approximately 14,000 Honda CR-V vehicles and 4,500 Honda Odyssey vehicles from the 2012-2013 model years and 2,300 Acura RDX vehicles from the 2013 model year in Canada to replace a component of the brake shift interlock system in these vehicles.

Honda Canada will voluntarily recall approximately 11,043 Acura 1.7 EL vehicles and approximately 80,854 Honda Civic vehicles from the 2001-2003 model years and approximately 6,140 CR-V vehicles from the 2002-2003 model years and approximately 9,749 Odyssey vehicles from the 2002 model year in Canada to replace the passenger front airbag inflator.
